Used along the gutter edge it sandwiches the EPDM roofing membrane and creates a smooth run off for the water. A bead of retention glue must be used between the membrane and front plate to ensure a watertight seal. It is a 2 part trim sold together and comes in 2.5m lengths.
The gutter back plate must be installed prior to the membrane, the top of the plate must be flush with the deck. The EPDM will overhang approx 50mm, a bead of retention glue must be applied before the front plate is fixed with the polypins.
